It is set under the stars against our beautiful Corpus Christi bayfront. The "Beds for Wimberley" effort will be held this Saturday, June 6th, at Brewster Street Ice House and Hurricane Alley Water Park. As thousands rush to the aid of central Texas Flood Victims in an unprecedented effort and show of humanity, one thing has become clear. These folks need BEDS! As supplies, clothing and bedding are being brought from far and wide, what we have noticed is that these victims have no beds to get a good night's rest in.

So it's time for YOU to decide which movies play. Come to the Greenlight Party at House of Rock on May 13th at 5:30 p.m. to cast your votes and compete in a movie trivia game for exciting prizes. Once we raise enough money to cover the cost for the movie rights, equipment, and potties, the movie is officially greenlit.
Life in Color, the world's largest paint party is coming to Corpus Christi's American Bank Center-Shoreline Blvd. on August 15, 2015! Billed by its organizers as the "World's Largest Paint Party," the tour features performances by EDM Dj's, joined by artistic performers and the tour's signature spraying of the audience with paint throughout the show.
Ideas Week, which is hosted by the Young Business Professionals and sponsored in part by Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, will be held from Monday, May 11, through Friday, May 15. These five days of events and programming will highlight the new, innovative, creative, and amazing aspects of our great city. Different events will be offered throughout the week that will attract an array of people of all ages, backgrounds, and perspectives. The goal of the week is to share ideas, solve problems, and create personal and community pride by showcasing what Corpus Christi has to offer and the potential for the future.

Wings Over South Texas returns to Corpus Christi, Texas, on April 18 - 19, 2015. Prepare to be wowed by the world-class aeronautics showcase from the the U.S. Navy's Blue Angels. This year's air show also will feature the U.S. Army's Golden Knights Parachute Team, U.S. Coast Guard rescue demonstrations and more! There will be a KidsZone with games, a concert and a variety of static displays including military aircraft.
Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi has partnered with the Women's Shelter of South Texas to host the 2015 "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes: International Men's March to Stop Rape, Sexual Assault, and Gender Violence" on Tuesday, April 14, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Dugan Wellness Center Gym.
